Feta, Organic Olive Oil & Greek herbs and grilled bread

Quick and easy appetizer: Feta, Organic Olive Oil & Greek herbs

No cooking required for this delicious appetizer, better let it marinate for a few minutes so the herbs will add their flavour to the cheese. Can add a teaspoon of chilli flakes for an optional bite.

What you need:

  • 200gr of any Greek feta cheese

  • 2 tbspns of our Geras Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1teaspoon of our Oregano or Thyme flowers

  • 1/2 teaspoon of our Fleur de Sel

Cut the feta into cubes, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle the herbs (chillis if you would like).

 

Serve with a small bowl of our Harakti Kalamon olives, our Florina red peppers and toasted bread with a dusting of our Fleur de Sel and drizzle of oil.
